For eligible goods that are not personalised, you normally have 14 days after receiving them to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return them.

Personalised products

Goods engraved with your name, message, photograph, logo or custom design are generally excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Before returning anything

Contact us before posting a return so the order can be identified and the correct return instructions given. Do not send items to an address printed on packaging unless that address has been confirmed for the return.
