Orders

When you place an order, you are asking Gift4You to supply the products shown. We may contact you if a personalisation cannot be produced accurately or information is missing.

Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable, in pounds. Delivery charges are shown before payment.

Personalised products

Many products are engraved or otherwise made to your specification. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not generally apply to personalised goods. That does not remove statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

Delivery

Delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. Estimates are estimates unless a date is expressly agreed.
