Returns & Refunds
Information for standard, personalised and faulty products.
Change-of-mind returns for standard products
For eligible goods bought online that are not personalised or custom-made, you normally have the right to tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, refunds are normally made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or, where applicable, evidence that they have been sent back). The refund includes the price paid and the standard delivery charge where required by law. Extra cost for a premium delivery option is not necessarily refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount.
Personalised and custom-made products
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example products engraved with your name, message, photograph, logo, artwork or custom design — are generally excluded from the normal online change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exception does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and tell us what is wrong. We may ask for photographs or other information so we can understand the issue. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Before returning anything
Please contact us before sending a return so we can identify the order and give you the correct return instructions. Do not send items to an address shown on packaging unless we have confirmed that it is the correct returns address.

Condition of returned standard goods
For a change-of-mind return, you may inspect goods as you would reasonably do in a shop. A deduction may be made where permitted by law if handling has reduced the value of the goods.
Refund method
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method where possible. Bank/payment-provider processing time may affect when the funds appear in your account.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under UK consumer law. For full ordering terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
