2. Orders

When you place an order, you are asking us to supply the products shown in your order. We may contact you if information is missing, a personalisation cannot be produced safely or accurately, a product is unavailable, or we reasonably need clarification before production.

Your order details, personalisation and delivery information should be checked carefully before payment. For personalised products, spelling, dates, names, uploaded images and design choices are supplied or approved by you.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, including VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any discounts are shown before payment. Payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout.

4. Personalised and custom-made products

Many Gift4You products are made to your specifications, for example by engraving a name, message, photograph, image, logo or custom design. Under UK distance-selling rules, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not generally apply to goods that are personalised or custom-made.

This does not remove your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or otherwise do not meet applicable consumer law.

5. Production and customer-supplied content

You must have the right to use any text, logo, photograph, artwork or other content you submit. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or cannot reasonably be produced using the selected product or engraving method.

Minor differences can occur between an on-screen preview and the physical result because materials, grain, coating, engraving reaction, display calibration and manufacturing tolerances vary. This does not affect your rights if the supplied product is faulty or materially not as described.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. We will use the delivery address supplied with the order. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.

Unless a different period is agreed with you, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or other protections under UK consumer law.
